Job Summary

From your first shift, you will jump directly into organizing inventory and shaping product displays that guide customer buying decisions. We offer 15 to 25 flexible weekly hours that easily fit around your college classes or a second job. You will serve as Part-time, delivering the signature Efficiency-Minded Organizer that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail store merchandising.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Inventory Replenishment: Unload and scan 50 to 100 incoming freight cartons daily using handheld RF scanners, placing items onto sales floor fixtures within 2 hours.
• Visual Display Maintenance: Execute weekly planogram updates across 6 key store departments, ensuring price tags, shelf banners, and product facings strictly meet brand guidelines.
• Stockroom Operations: Audit stockroom shelves twice weekly using inventory management software to maintain 98 percent accuracy and streamline product retrieval for floor staff.
• Floor Support and Recovery: Perform hourly floor sweeps across 4 main aisles to re-shelf misplaced items, restore visual standards, and answer basic customer product inquiries.
